Q. When will I receive my furniture?

A. Most orders will be received within 7-10 working days unless otherwise specified on the product page. If you need rush delivery, or need to make special shipping arrangements, contact us at info@evofurniture.com and we will assist you.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. If you need to pay by check, money order, or purchase order, contact us at info@evofurniture.com to make arrangements.

Q. What will you do with my personal information?
A. Evofurniture.com is here to provide you with furniture. Your personal information will only be used to process and ship your order. We will never sell your information to any third parties.

Q. What will shipping cost me?
A. Shipping is included in your price to the contiguous 48 states. Extra shipping will be added for offshore orders

Q. What kind of warranty do you guarantee?

Warranties vary from 5 years to a lifetime. Most of our products feature a 3 year total coverage warranty. Please contact us at info@evofurniture.com for more details on warranties.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes. To cancel an order please E-mail us at info@evofurniture.com and include your name, date you ordered, reason for cancellation, and order number. Any item made in a specialty fabric will be charged a 40% restocking fee. Please contact us for the production statues of your order. Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping.

Q. What if my item is damaged in the shipping process?
A. All items ship FOB factory or warehouse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received by Evofurniture.com for freight damage. If you find that merchandise has been freight damaged, simply refuse the shipment.

Q. Can I return my item for a refund?
A.
Yes. First, you must contact us for a R.A. (Return authorization number) and include reason for your return. Your item must be returned in unused condition in all the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs must be assumed by the purchaser. Items may not be sent freight collect. Failure to meet these terms may result in a 30% restocking fee.
